By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

 You acknowledge that this course and membership is for educational and that you are responsible for your own success. You realize that you must take action and responsibility to utilize the information, tools and strategies provided through coaching and training to implement in your life in order for growth and change to occur.

You understand that Passion, Purpose, and Prosper Academy never ensures or guarantees any specific outcome or results as every client has different work ethics, background, capabilities, experience, commitment levels and other variables that could be beyond either the academy or client’s control.

 I agree I will not hold Passion, Purpose, and Prosper Academy liable for not achieving specific results and take full responsibility for your own success. 


4. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you decide to cancel your membership, you can cancel at anytime by sending an email to [email protected] at least 5 days prior to your next billing date, in order to avoid be charged for the next billing period. However, you will no longer have any access to the course, coaching, community, accountability, training and resources that are so essential in helping you achieve success and accomplishing your goals.

 Due to the nature of the services provided and knowledge acquired through the program, there are no refunds. By accepting these terms you agree and understand that refunds will not be issued.
